Who Gives a WHOot episode 3, The Stormageddon Edition

This week, Charles and I discuss Dalek and the Long Game, and we learn that it is very hard to discuss a great episode, like Dalek, without retreading what has been said about it in the past. Also, this was recorded a day before Hurricane Sandy was about to barrel through my neck of the woods, so I seem a bit preoccupied in it, and I do apologize.  I will say I came through the storm unscathed, yet I know many who did not, so please turn your thoughts towards them.
